Refunds/Billing

ChartSmarts™ does not offer nor give refunds. Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is delivered. All subscribers are responsible for understanding our billing policies before purchasing ChartSmarts subscriptions at this site. Please make sure that you've carefully read our FAQ and legal section.

All new orders placed are held for a period of two weeks until close of business (within 14 days of order date regardless of time order is placed) to fullfill our Customer Satisfaction "Risk Free" Guarantee. If after such time has passed without receipt of explicit notification to cancel the subscription, it shall be assumed that the customer is satisfied with the newsletter and commits to the purchase that was placed online through our online secure server. This applies to annual and monthly orders alike. For the ease of our customers, all orders are placed on automatic billing unless notified within 2 weeks of renewal.

2 Week Trial

The two week trial period is offered to new subscribers only. Repeat orders or orders made after a cancellation shall be processed for the full amount of the subscription at the close of business on the day of reordering.
